As a reminder, this service includes:

• Creation of a single (1) logo
• The personalization of pre-existing design elements
• Two (2) rounds of revisions
• Up to 2 hours of service time (this includes time spent on the phone with our Pro Services team)
• Final logo package with your logo in the following formats: JPG, PNG, and EPS, plus a single color watermark version as a PNG

This service must be completed within 30 days. The actual timeline is dependent on how quickly we receive your questionnaire, content, and feedback. See the service agreement for more details.

Below are some examples of 6 main logo design styles. We provide these to help both you and your consultant visualize the type(s) of style(s) you are interested in with your new logo.

NOTE: You are not choosing your exact design. Please utilize these examples as a way to steer us in the right direction.

MINIMAL

Minimal logo designs are very clean and free of frills, swirls, or extra embellishments. If an icon is utilized in the design, it follows these guidelines very distinctly.

LUXURY

Luxury logo designs are exactly how they sound. They can utilize a san-serif or script font, have a refined and embellished design element, and can be very detailed. They ooze richness and sophistication. Some companies who utilize this style may call it "high-end" instead of "luxury".

WHIMSICAL

Whimsical logo designs are very fun, cutesy, and illustrative. They can put off a sweet, soft vibe to clients.

CONTEMPORARY

Contemporary logo designs are clean like minimal designs, but are often paired with an interesting design element that represents the company.

VINTAGE

Vintage logo designs fully take on the vintage/retro designs that once lived. They utilize uncanny layouts, fonts, and textures. It's a cool way to put an old-school twist on a modern business.

GRUNGE

Grunge logos are not for the weak. Like vintage logo design, they utilize texture, but in a more intense way.

You can specify up to two colors by entering their HEX codes.

NOTE: a HEX code is a set of numbers and letters that make up a specific color. The code starts with a pound sign and is followed by said numbers and/or letters (for example #4bc5d7).

The Zibster Logo Design Service is limited to a 30-day service term and includes 2 hours of total work done by our Pro Services Team. This 2-hour work is limited to creating a single logo from our logo resources. The single logo will be built from pre-existing design elements. This service does not include creating custom design elements. During the Service, if any questions or issues come up unrelated to the logo, they must be handled by our support department.

The Logo Service includes two (2) rounds of revisions (as long as we do not exceed 2 hours). The Service does not include copywriting or marketing work. No adjustments will be made after the Service is complete. No work will be done for business cards or letterheads. The final product will be delivered as a high-resolution logo file package (JPG, PNG, EPS, & TIFF). Additional requests that fall outside of the 30-day service period or 2-hour work limit will be considered a Custom Service and billed at a standard rate of $150/hour.

The Service shall be completed within 30 days of project inception (the date of submitting your questionnaire). After the 30 days have passed, Zibster's work on the Service is complete. 

A thirty (30) day money-back guarantee applies to unstarted Zibster Services; however, once a Service has begun, the money-back guarantee no longer applies, and the service will not be refunded. Because of the nature of the Services, Zibster cannot give refunds after it has begun or completed its work. The submission of this questionnaire constitutes the start of the Service and our work.
